It often happens that we can provide price information only based on a deeper analysis of the customer’s requirements. If it concerns the repair of a device, we can provide the repair cost only after determining the actual cause of the malfunction and checking the prices of spare parts.
In situations where the profitability of repairing the device is questionable compared to the price of the device itself, we determine the price for our services individually. We value the environment and would rather repair your device at the expense of our profit than create unnecessary waste due to a trivial malfunction.
